I am a community development and sustainability professional with more than 16 years of experience working as an advocate for healthy, equitable, and resilient communities. I am a 2022 Next City Vanguard fellow, the 2018 Greater Des Moines Young Professional Committee Creative of the Year award recipient, and a 2016 University of Chicago Ethical Redevelopment fellow. I am currently working as the Sustainability Coordinator for Bernalillo County, New Mexico, where I have been drafting a climate action plan and tracking emissions from County operations. Beyond my professional work, I recently completed my Master of Science in Resilient and Sustainable Communities through Prescott College, in Prescott, Arizona.
